Joline and Carmen Skogstad are partners in the ownership of Victory Lane Stable and Up North Miniatures.

Joline has grown up around horses and started showing them at an early age.
Joline and Carmen’s love for the miniature horses grew, and out of that love came
Victory Lane Stable and Up North Miniatures.

Their horses are AMHA/AMHR Registered Miniature Horses and they pride themselves
in careful breeding, training, conditioning, showing and sales of
these beautiful miniature horses.

They have 20 horses in their stable, all of which
are trophy and/or ribbon winners.
